Jane Perry is the founder of C Zone's Coaching and Training business. Her background is Sales and Sales Management in the Banking and Insurance Sector. Her interest in resilience, organisational behaviour and group dynamics began over twenty years ago when she worked as a Financial Advisor for one of Ireland's largest banks. This interest grew as she progressed through sales management, area management and into senior and strategic positions in Retail Banking and Bank Assurance. She began her formal studies ten years ago as a pastime, however, this sparked a lifetime passion to understand what makes us behave as we do towards ourselves, our groups and our communities. C Zone is the culmination of Jane's experience in sales and people-leadership combined with relentless curiosity, study, research and the practice of psychology in the work-place. She believes that human capital is the greatest asset a business has and this asset warrants significant attention and care in order to keep people and teams strong, healthy and engaged in work and life. Jane is passionate about organisational development and the impact of positive, progressive and meaningful work on the individual, teams, organisations, customers, suppliers and ultimately business sustainability and results. Jane Holds a 1st class honours MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Construct Psychology (Orgs.). She is an EMCC accredited Leadership and Executive Coach at Advanced Practitioner level, qualified Corporate Wellbeing Coach, Mindfulness Therapist, Certified Trainer, Accredited Strengthscope Practitioner, Certified Test User (Occ), BPS & EMCC Member.
