Jane is an Organisational Psychologist and Advanced Practitioner Executive Coach and Corporate Wellbeing Coach who works with individuals, leadership teams, groups and business owners through her practice, C Zone Coaching and Training. She also has over 25 years of senior leadership, people management and business expertise to draw on, bringing a level of depth and breadth to her work. CZone’s group and individual coaching clients come from Retail, Finance, Education, Healthcare, Energy, Tech, Not-for-Profit, Pharma and the Food industry, as well as a number of Public Sector Authorities and Agencies. Megan Kenny
Megan Kenny is an Executive and Leadership Coach and Programme Facilitator with C Zone Coaching and Training. She specialises in one-to-one executive coaching, leadership development and professional communication, supporting leaders and professionals to strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, leadership presence and decision-making in complex organisational environments.
Megan holds a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin, is an ICF ACC accredited Executive and Leadership Coach, and is currently completing an MSc in Psychology. She has over five years’ experience delivering executive coaching and leadership development programmes, alongside more than ten years’ experience designing and facilitating professional development workshops and group learning programmes.
Alongside her coaching work, Megan is Director of a global programmatic media organisation, bringing practical experience of leadership, strategy and decision-making within fast-paced commercial environments. She also brings insight from her background as an internationally touring singer-songwriter and creative professional, which informs her distinctive approach to communication, confidence and leadership presence. Megan is a confident and experienced trainer, facilitator and presenter.

Mark McDonnell
Mark is an executive coach and group facilitator with over 11 years of experience in people development and organisational growth. As the former Chief Executive of the Soar Foundation, Mark led the organisation in the creation and delivery of pioneering social and emotional development programs, impacting over 75,000 young adults nationwide.
Mark is an associate member of CZone Coaching and Training and a facilitator and programme designer at Real Futures. Mark works with leaders and teams in the technology, pharmaceutical, and professional services sectors to address complex organisational challenges, design innovative solutions, and deliver transformative programmes. Mark also works with social innovators and leaders all over the world helping them unlock the potential of their organisations.

Paul Kenny
Paul Kenny is a Leadership and Executive Coach with a background in higher education, mentoring and organisational leadership. He supports individuals and teams to develop greater self-awareness, confidence and reflective decision-making in their professional roles.
Paul previously worked as a third-level educator at BIMM Institute Dublin. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Third Level Education, which informs his approach to facilitation, mentoring and adult learning.
Alongside his coaching and education work, Paul is a Director of Ardenode Media, a global programmatic advertising company, bringing insight into leadership, strategy and organisational decision-making within commercial environments. He is also a founder and former director of Yellow Door Music Studios, Ireland’s largest rehearsal studio, bringing experience in entrepreneurship and small business development.
He is currently undertaking a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, having previously completed a Certificate in Essential Counselling Skills at ICHAS College. He integrates counselling-informed approaches into his coaching practice to support reflective growth and professional development.
Prior to this work, Paul spent over two decades working internationally as a professional musician and collaborator, an experience that informs his creative and human-centred approach to leadership and coaching.
