Jane Perry is the founder of C Zone's Coaching and Training business. Her background is Sales and Sales Management in the Banking and Insurance Sector. C Zone is the culmination of Jane's experience in sales and people-leadership combined with relentless curiosity, study, research and the practice of psychology in the work-place. She believes that human capital is the greatest asset a business has and this asset warrants significant attention and care in order to keep people and teams strong, healthy and engaged in work and life. Jane is passionate about organisational development and the impact of positive, progressive and meaningful work on the individual, teams, organisations, customers, suppliers and ultimately business sustainability and results. "Jane introduced us to a way of being really clear about how we want to behave at work; as a team, with our customers (parents), the children and supervisory authorities. We use the framework we built to check-in with how we are doing as a team on a regular basis. We are much better at talking about behaviours and are quicker to recognise the times when we could improve. It has been a very positive experience for all of us and I feel we are better because of it. Carol. Early Education Specialist and SME."
