Megan Kenny joined C Zone Coaching and Training as an associate in 2022, bringing with her 13 years of experience in the Arts and Entertainment business and Advertising/Marketing sectors. Megan has been running a successful global Marketing Company which operates in the Online Advertising Space for the past five years.
As an accomplished artist, songwriter, and touring musician, Megan honed her skills in managing her own creativity while also supporting and fostering the artistic growth of others. Her career in music has given her a deep understanding of the creative process and the values of communication, leadership and teamwork. She has had considerable success in this competitive industry, through her talent, unique and creative approach, and strong business acumen. Genevieve Tracy
Genevieve Tracy joined as an associate with C Zone Coaching and Training in 2019. During her career with one of Ireland's main banks she held Senior Manager positions in Retail, Operations Management, Change Implementation and Sales Management. Genevieve brings to C Zone over 20 years’ experience successfully leading and developing individuals and teams to deliver high levels of performance. She is a very accomplished communicator and facilitator and studied Executive Coaching in IMI.
Genevieve is passionate about the ‘growth of the individual’ in both their career and personal life. As a Learning and Development Consultant Genevieve has developed and delivered a wide range of Management and Personal Development programmes. These include Leading & Managing People, Performance Appraisal training, Leading with Emotional Intelligence and Team Leadership programmes.
Genevieve focuses her training on empowering Managers by increasing their self-awareness which supports them in creating an environment where they and their staff can thrive. She also facilitates Life Skills programmes, based on CBT, on behalf of the mental health charity Aware.
A qualified Executive Coach (IMI), Everything DiSC facilitator and Certified Emotional Intelligence facilitator (ECR 360), Genevieve develops bespoke programmes for organisations who want to invest in their people in order that they reach their potential and support their organisation in the achievement of business objectives.
