Organisational Values Translated into Living Behaviours
Organisation develop policies, procedures, mission statements, value statements, codes of conduct etc. to attempt to define and create a positive psychological contract and ensure ‘soft’ objectives and behavioural standards are met. Performance management processes add to the above to ensure that business goals and these ‘soft’ objectives are met. 
 'Soft' objective are behaviours, attitudes and certain types of activities which form and reflect the group or organisation's culture. They can be quite difficult to define, evaluate and manage, yet are critical to the achievement of employee engagement and business results.. 
When positive, they bring company values to life. When negative, they damage the organisation's brand, create conflict among people, affect employee & customer satisfaction, and ultimately business results.
       C Zone introduces a collaborative approach to elicit, clarify and evaluate behavioural standards at work. Our Programmes work to bring people together, broaden perspectives, repair relationships and create harmony.

Delivery Method: Culture Zone programmes are facilitated with Teams, Small Groups and between individuals with organisational input where required.
